The Positive Impact Team (PIT) exists to make sure that people are at the heart of everything we build at Sizewell C. Our mission is to create an environment where every colleague feels supported, valued and able to thrive – not just in their role, but in their wider wellbeing, development and sense of purpose.
PIT brings together wellbeing, inclusion, community connection and personal development into one joined-up approach. We work to remove barriers, strengthen support networks, and ensure that the culture on site is one where it is safe to speak up, ask for help, and access the right support at the right time.
